Mentor Partnership Packages

Because change can occur in different ways and at different times, the flexibility of mentoring allows you to create a package of support that matches your exact needs and availability. Following an initial complementary virtual strategy session you will be able to customise your mentor program around the following options: 

Option 1:  This option includes a package of sessions (minimum 3) that can be scheduled over a short period of time and is ideal for when you are facing an immediate leadership challenge, e.g., impending job change or opportunity, urgent people management issue, etc.

Option 2:  This option includes a program of regularly scheduled sessions, e.g., one per week, one per month, etc., that provide a confidential space to reflect and consider strategies relating to your everyday leadership challenges and opportunities.

Option 3: This option introduces the 5-step mentor program designed to take you on a journey of life and career exploration. Each of the 5 sessions (typically spread across 10 weeks) will provide an opportunity to reflect openly and honestly on your motivations and aspirations, leaving you with a deeper insight in relation to your leadership, life and career opportunities.

Regardless of the format you select, between each mentor session you will receive email and text support to help you to apply new learnings and stay on track towards your goals.
