As an experienced mentor, educator, director and CEO, Lyn has a reputation as a compassionate, authentic and visionary leader. Lyn’s career spans a variety of industries including engineering, mining, professional services and education. She has also worked nationally and internationally in publicly listed, not for profit and small business sectors. Her most recent executive role was as CEO of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) where she was a leading advocate for the engagement and development of leaders as the key driver of organisational success.
